4. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped from our fulfillment center. Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. 5. Returns and Refunds
Both opened and unopened products are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding return shipping unless the item was defective or shipped in error. 6. Limited Warranty
HomeGoods products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, modification, or normal wear. To file a claim, contact us with proof of purchase.

All content on this Site, including the HOMEGOODS name, logo, imagery, and copy, is the property of Wilson Medley LLC and protected by U.S. and international law. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wilson Medley LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Site. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
